Congratulations on securing your tickets to the ultimate food and wine experience.

To ensure your day starts off well and you get the most out of the event, please read the following information carefully as it's all important if you're a ticket holder.

The Lovedale Long Lunch will be held this coming weekend, rain or shine. At this stage, the weather is looking good.

How do I download my e-tickets?

If you have purchased a "print at home" e-Ticket and are not sure on how to name, download and print them, please follow these steps:

Print-At-Home E-tickets are available to download from your secure Members Area.

To access and name your E-ticket(s), login to your Members Area, then:

Click on the "My Orders" menu
Click on the 'View Order Details" button corresponding to your order/s
Click on the "Name Ticket" button, for each ticket that you wish to re-name and personalize the ticket for the person who will be using the ticket to gain entry.
Enter the ticket holder name in the field provided
Click the "Update" button

Once you have named your E-tickets, you download and print them by either:

Clicking the "Download Ticket" button next to each individual ticket and then printing (Note: please make sure your download blocker is not turned on!) or,
Clicking the "Email Tickets" button next to the "Order Description" to have each individual ticket on the order emailed to your nominated email address.

To download your ticket/s you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can download it for free from - www.adobe.com/products/ acrobat/readstep.html

How do I use my e-ticket to gain entry to the event?

On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket/s with you as you would for any event ticket. Please present your E-ticket on arrival at the entry gate. The name on your E-ticket must match the name on your ID. Present your E-ticket in exchange for your Lovedale Long Lunch wine glass, meal vouchers and wristband.

What time does the event start?

Gates will open at 9.30am. The event will begin at 10am.

There is a 3PM lockout

You should be aware that there a strict 3PM LOCKOUT imposed by Liquor and Gaming. This means that all licensed area entry gates will be closed at 3PM. This lockout is NOT NEGOTIABLE. Regardless of the circumstance, if you are not inside the licensed area of the venue by 3PM you will not be allowed entry.

No pass outs after 3PM

All on-premise alcohol service and entertainment will cease promptly at 4pm. Takeaway wine sales will commence at 3PM and will be available at the exit point of each winery until 5pm.

What time does the event end?

Licensed area entry will close at 3PM and entertainment will cease at 4PM.

Things to Remember & Most Important.

This year is The Lovedale Long Lunch's 26th Anniversary. It's one of only a handful of major events with multiple entries for patrons into licensed venues. So we are asking for your help to preserve the success of the Lovedale Long Lunch for the next 25 years. Things to remember:

No drinking on the bus
If you arrive intoxicated or are found to have open alcohol on-board the bus you risk being barred from entry
Buses may be searched for alcohol as they enter each property
Make sure you allow time to arrive at your last venue before 3PM
Do not get caught out by the 3PM LOCKOUT

Entry procedure

To avoid disappointment, please follow your itinerary. You must enter your designated first choice winery on Saturday 18th May as per the itinerary on your printed e-ticket. The booked time slots you have selected is subject to capacity limitations, so you may be sent to another venue if a particular venue is full.

Information on transport

Rover Coaches offer a Shuttle Bus between the 7 wineries. These tickets are $25 each, and can be purchased on the day from all wineries.

NOTE: The shuttle bus ticket will not include pick up or return transport to your accommodation. You will need to organise your own transport to and from your accommodation.

You can book either a Taxi from the services below or an Uber who now operate in the area.

Wine tasting tickets

Tasting Tickets will be available for purchase at each Winery. These are 5 tickets for $5. Tickets are non-transferable between Wineries.

Do's & Don'ts

Bring With You

Your ticket (e-Ticket or normal hard ticket). One Festival Ticket = One Persons Entry. For entry each person must have a ticket. If you have an e-ticket, make sure you bring the proper ticket. Your receipt or order confirmation email is NOT the e-ticket.
Photo ID. If you are going to drink alcohol, you must be over 18 and be able to prove it. Remember your Photo ID. If you do not bring your Photo ID, by law we cannot let you drink alcohol. Lovedale Long Lunch only accepts the following forms of identifications Australian State or Territory Driver Licence Passport Government issued proof of identity Victorian key pass International Drivers Licence (must contain a photo) Any Persons unable to provide one the above forms of ID will not be permitted to drink alcohol at the event.
Enough cash to get you through the day. Unfortunately there will not be ATMs on site, however there will be EFTPOS facilities for purchasing tickets and wine.
Protection from the elements (hat, sunscreen, raincoat, something warm for when it gets dark)

Alcohol - it will be confiscated on entry to the Festival
Food - No food is to be brought on site unless you have a medical condition which requires you to bring your own.
Illicit substances - Police will be present at the festival
